Sibylle Rommelspacher has many years of professional experience. After studying fashion design, she spent 20 years working for various renowned fashion companies (Tom Tailor Group, Sahinler Holding, Jean Pascale Warenhandelsgesellschaft, Apart International GmbH, Bonprix Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Otto GmbH & Co KG, K-Mail Order GmbH & Co. KG) as fashion designer, product manager, buyer as well as Head of Creative Fashion Design, Division Head and Head of Product Management in the areas of women's outerwear, menswear, kidswear, shoes and accessories, before becoming self-employed.

Bonprix belongs to the Otto Group, is an international fashion company that is active in 30 countries, employs around 3,000 people, has a turnover of around 1.5 billion euros and ranks among the top 10 online shops with the highest turnover in Germany. 

From 2014 to 2015, Sibylle Rommelspacher was responsible as interim manager for the reorientation of the fashionably feminine Bodyflirt brand for twelve months.

Rajby Industries is one of Pakistan's largest denim manufacturers with 14,000 employees, a monthly capacity of 3.2 million metres of denim fabric and 1.5 million pairs of jeans.

After holding a workshop with top management in Karachi in 2015, Sibylle Rommelspacher analysed the company and developed an innovative growth strategy focusing on the development of competitive products and state-of-the-art marketing, integrating European design input, restructuring Research & Development, redesigning the company's website and establishing a representation in Europe.

K-Mail Order, better known as Klingel Group, is a multichannel company with 2,500 employees in twelve countries and sales of more than one billion euros in 2017.

From 2015 to 2016, Sibylle Rommelspacher accompanied the repositioning of the Wenz brand for twelve months with the introduction of a design-oriented collection creation, an increase in the renewal cycle, the installation of an assortment master plan as well as a strategic adjustment of the procurement markets and the supplier structure. It also developed a concept for a new brand with a separate business model for the Klingel Group.
